Update 6/10/11

It has taken me a bit to get back with more info on this. We have a server set up, and have plans to go the 24th-26th for the event. Construction of the server's areas has begun, and will continue until the 22nd. My next update will be then, with pictures of some of the buildings.

FaiD Minecraft Charity Project #1 - Update 5/24/11

We are almost ready to start our next to last phase of the first charity project. A map is being made on a smaller server while we attempt to find a server large enough to handle the number of people playing. My goal is to update once a week from now until the event.

Some quick info about how we will do this:
- Chip-in will be used to keep track of donations
- 10USD will get you a playslot on the server
- There will be an official livestream, and a Ventrillo chat for VIPs
- Auctioning off maps (the entire world folder, as it is at the end of the event.)

FaiD Minecraft Charity Project #1

We are starting our first charity project. It will be similar to weekend of minecraft, on a smaller scale. We have chosen to donate to Child's Play. Stay tuned for more announcements.
